初中英语写作教学案例一则

Unit12   What did you do last weekend? Section BWriting

一、 教学背景

本节课的教学内容是人教版英语七年级下册Unit12 What did you do last weekend? Section B(3a-3b),主要完成本单元写作话题:What did you do last weekend?。话题是谈论周末活动。在完成本单元听说和阅读的教学任务后,本节课以“Task-based”(任务型教学)|为主要模式、以学生语言输出为主体完成英语写作任务。

二、 学情分析

学生谈论周末活动,能用所学语言谈论过去发生的事情,能正确使用一般过去时态。在上一个单元学生学习了一般过去时后,学生对一般过去时的使用有一定基础,教师在话题和句式选择上需加以引导。学生学习过程中易错点是动词过去式的正确书写,在教学中需要对学生强化训练。

三、 教材分析

1.话题:初中英语七年级下册(人民教育出版社)

Unit12 What did you do last weekend? Section B (3a-3b) Writing

 2.教学目标: 正确使用动词的过去式描写周末活动;带领学生了解国外中学生的周末生活;

3.教学重点: had a busy weekend   cleaned ones room   did ones homework

went to the library    play soccer       watched TV

4.教学难点:动词过去式的正确使用

5.教学方法:Task-based Language Teaching   Asking and Answering  

Discussing   Group work

6.教具准备:PPT

四、 教学步骤

Step1. Greetings

Greet the students.

Step2.Revision

Revise the words in this unit.

Step3.Leading-in

1. Did you have a good weekend?

2. What did you do last weekend?

3. How did you like your weekend?

Step4. Warming-up

Fill in the blanks.

I had a busy weekend. On Saturday morning,  I_________. In the afternoon,   I _________. It was a little difficult. On Saturday night, I stayed at home and _______ cook dinner. On Sunday morning,  I _______. I read a book about history. Then in the afternoon, I _______ with my friends.  On Sunday night,  I ________. I saw an interesting talk show.

Possible version:

My last weekend was kind of busy. I washed my clothes on Saturday morning.  On Saturday afternoon, I went to the library. I read a book there. I cooked dinner in the evening. On Sunday morning, I used the computer. On Sunday afternoon, I played ping-pong. On Sunday evening, I did my homework.

Choose the students to show their writing.

Yesterday was a special day. It was the Dragon Boat Festival. Write about the Dragon Boat Festival of this year.

五、教学反思

本节课是本单元最后一节课。在完成前面听说读的教学任务之后,教师带领学生描述周末活动。通过学生完成一系列的教学活动达成语言输出,完成英语写作。教学预期目标圆满完成。不足之处是学生在小组讨论活动中,因害怕出错而互相推脱,致使有些学生失去展示和提高的机会;部分学生语言储备较少,不能很好地参与到活动中。

在今后的教学中,我要多利用课余时间,加强学生的英语阅读量,课堂上增加英语演讲展示活动,提高学生的英语口头表达能力;同时在教学过程中,努力关注不同程度的学生,对其进行针对性辅导,在提高学生英语写作能力的同时,关注学生英语综合素养的提高。
